IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING MANSA - MANSA AVAILABILITY LIMITED FOR SEVERAL DAYS

Please note that MANSA will not be available for the next several days due to NHC system upgrades currently in progress. As further explanation, NHC is upgrading their billing platform in order to provide more effective internal workflow tools as well as more advanced customer billing options. Since MANSA is directly integrated into our billing system, it is necessary to take MANSA off-line until all upgrades are completed. NHC anticipates restoring MANSA access by end of this week.

Please notify any customer that you believe may be affected by this planned outage. NHC will take all steps possible in order to provide our valued Customers and Agents with necessary information until MANSA is restored. Please call either Paul or Steve with questions.
