In the fall, New Horizon unveiled a new marketing effort aimed at reinforcing the vision and key drivers of the company's success.
The branding initiative revolves around our core promise: New Horizon's bright approach to telecom gives you access to all of the products, information, and talent you need to succeed.
Punctuated by a fresh, new logo and the tag line, "A Brighter Way to Connect Businesses," we introduced a new web site and sales collateral, in addition to peripheral materials like business cards, proposals, and slide presentations. The campaign is wrapped around the theme of a journey--rich with imagery of lighthouses, maps, weathervanes, vehicles, and the like--moving toward a bright destination that promises a better way of doing things.
The metaphor extends to a compass that conveys New Horizon's "4 Points of Differentiation":
- Dependable Account Management
- Customer-Centric Network Solutions
- Exceptional Service
- Sophisticated Web Portal
While our peers may have strengths in some of these important areas, we've yet to find any provider that can truly deliver on the full complement. Together, the "4 Points" have helped us continue to grow our customer base and revenues in the neighborhood of 20 percent each year, regardless of the economic climate.
Reinforcing some of the main priorities of our business, we also developed new materials highlighting our Agent Opportunities, our powerful and proprietary Account "MAP" (short for Management Access Portal) web utility and online billing system, and select relationships with partners who are among our top-producers.
