NHC was founded in October of 2002 and is currently debt free and privately held
by the founding and managing partners. As of January 1st, 2007, the Company recorded
its 11th consecutive profitable Quarter, with 2006 year end billing revenue under
management increasing by 78% over the same period in 2005. NHC was cash flow positive
after 18 months of operation, our rapid growth and financial stability a testament
to the strength of our business model and the associated value we bring to our
customers in today's turbulent world of telecommunications.
