Executive Team

NHC's Executive Management Team is comprised of successful and determined leaders with extensive telecommunications and operations experience. With varied backgrounds in Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Sales, this team serves as a critical advantage in the marketplace and will continue to differentiate NHC from our competitors.

Robert Fabbricatore, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Fabbricatore founded NHC in October of 2002. Prior to NHC, Mr. Fabbricatore founded CTC Communications (now One Com) in 1980 and became Chairman and CEO in 1983. Mr. Fabbricatore built CTC into the largest CLEC in the Northeast and led the company as CEO until 2002. Mr.. Fabbricatore has nearly 40 years of telecommunications experience including interconnect, networking, technology development and entrepreneurial ventures. He has extensive senior management experience in finance, operations, marketing and sales.

Stephen Gibbs, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Gibbs joined NHC at it's inception in 2002 and was named President in May of 2003. He brings over 20 years of telecommunications experience to NHC. Mr. Gibbs most recently served as Regional Manager for CTC, where he enjoyed a seven year career. In his last position at CTC, he was responsible for sales and operations in the NY/NJ marketplace, overseeing approximately $120M of annualized revenue. Prior to CTC, he spent 8 years at Verizon where he served in sales management positions in Commercial Sales and Service, Strategic Account Management and Business Development. Mr. Gibbs began his career in telecommunications at MCI.

Glen Nelson, Vice President-Business Development 

Mr. Nelson has been on the sales and marketing side of telecommunications for nearly twenty-five years. He joined NHC at its inception, as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to NHC, he worked for 13 years in various sales and marketing positions at CTC Communications. His last position at CTC was Vice President of Marketing, developing, implementing and scaling to production one of the first networks to deploy T-1 based integrated services. Over the last 20 years, he has held positions in marketing research, strategic planning, sales, sale management and marketing management for data and telecommunication hardware companies such as IBM, Motorola and Telco service providers.  

Earl Sullivan,  Vice President-Sales

Mr. Sullivan joined NHC in November , 2005 as Vice President-Sales. Mr. Sullivan joined NHC after a successful four year tenure with Info highway Communications, during which he served as Vice President of Business Sales. During his time at Info highway, Sullivan implemented a variety of revenue generating programs that were instrumental in raising the firms revenues to over $70M.

Prior to that assignment, Mr. Sullivan enjoyed a successful twenty five year career at Verizon in Sales and Marketing with his last assignment as Managing Director -Wholesale Markets, where he directed an interdepartmental team responsible for AT&T, Verizon's largest customer. Mr. Sullivan was responsible for the overall relationship with AT&T including business development, strategic product sales and overall customer satisfaction


Paul Wieners, Vice President-Operations

Mr. Wieners joined NHC in June, 2004, managing all after hours repair and escalations. In April, 2006, he joined NHC on a full time basis and was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Prior to NHC, Mr. Wieners was Global Operations Manager- Network Operations at Dimension Data, where he was responsible for the Global Service Center. Under his tenure, Managed Service grew from $4M to $42M annually with a staff of 60. Prior to Dimension Data, Mr. Wieners was employed at CTC Communications, where he was Assistant Vice President of Network Operations, responsible for 7X24 installation, repair and maintenance of a nine state network. From 1980 to 1998, Mr. Wieners worked for NYNEX where he managed service centers as well as operations centers with team sizes ranging from 10 to 200 employees.
