NHC was founded upon the basic goal of creating and maintaining long-term relationships
with our customers, by providing them with exceptional customer service and account
management. The NHC account team includes your Account Manager as your primary
point of contact. Your Account Manager is responsible for evaluating your needs
and recommending the most efficient solution and then managing your account on
an ongoing proactive basis. NHC Account Mangers average in excess of ten years
experience in the industry.
Your Account Manager is fully supported by our team of Operation Coordinators
(OC's) who are experts in dealing with complex installations and repairs. Our
OC's are the backbone of our organization and work tirelessly with our Account
Managers in order to support our customers needs.
Specific escalation procedures are provided to all customers upon inception of
service.
